RETURN POLICY
We will accept returns within 14 days from the purchase date on all items, excluding sale items. All returns should be in original product packaging and unused condition for a full refund (excluding your original Shipping & Handling Fees).
Please email us to initiate a return or exchange along with your name and order number.
Sale Items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or return.
Accessories are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
EXCHANGE POLICY
You can exchange your new, unworn items for a new size or color at no charge. Exchanges may be placed within 14 days of the order date.
If you received an item as a gift and would like to return, you can do so within 14 days of the shipping date, and will receive a merchandise credit. Please email shopjaanu@gmail.com with your request, prior to returning the item.
